TopRealty.com hit the auction block and of course, it’s added to my radar immediately. TopRealty.com to me represents a huge real estate brokerage brand. The domain is short and easy to spell. It might be one the best 3 letter realty names out there. There are of course ExpRealty.com and EraRealty.com and those are brand realty brands, TopRealty is a brand but more of a generic brand.

As a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker, I chased this name all the way to $5515. I’ve already checked with the New York Department of State and Top Realty was available as a DBA but was not available as s Real Estate Brokerage, saying it’s due to consumer confusion about other existing brands.

So, what do I do? I applied for Top Choice Realty as our DBA, using TopRealty.com as the web address and that was available and approved.

Let’s see where this brand takes us. Doing lots of research on setting up a 100% real estate brokerage platform set-up. In the meantime, I’m using it for emails for now and I love it.
