In our office, we have a gentleman named Lenny. His favorite saying when he talks to a potential client is Always a Pleasure. And sure enough, I noticed AlwaysAPleasure.com coming up for an expired auction. I figured it’s a great domain name to show off to Lenny.

I win the auction at $287. About 10 days into the transition period to my account, I got an email from Godaddy telling me that they just credited my account $287 because the previous owner had renewed the domain.

This kind of stuff gets my blood boiling. My account manager at GoDaddy tells me that things like this happen and not much we can do about it. I was so close.

Well, for whatever reason Namebio.com still shows my auction win.
